PATIENT'S RIGHTS

As a patient of the Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center, you have the right, consistent with law:

1. To receive medical care and surgical that is

8. To complain without fear of reprisals about the care and services you are receiving and to have the hospital respond to you; to express grievance through proper channels provided for by the Hospital Management and your grievance dealt with promptly and fairly.

9. To participate in all decisions about your treatment and discharge from the hospital.

10. To authorize those family members and other adults who will be given priority to visit consistent with your ability to receive visitors and pertinent hospital policies.

11. To take part in religious, spiritual and / or social activities while in the hospital unless the practices are disruptive to hospital operations and / or the physician deemed these activities are in conflict with the patient's plan of care.
