The event started with a Thanksgiving Mass at 9:00 a.m. at the Hospital Chapel, followed by the formal blessing of the 2nd Floor of the Main Hospital Building, with the Program Proper held at the Auditorium of the Four (4) Storey Administrative and Radiology Building.  The occasion was graced by prominent government officials led by the Deputy Speaker and Representative of the 2nd District of Marikina City, Cong. Romero "Miro" Quimbo, Usec. Severo S. Catura from the Presidential Human Rights Committee, Department of Health Undersecretary Roger P. Tong-an, Antipolo City District I Board Member Enrico C. De Guzman, Ms. Nadine Sarte from the office of Antipolo City 1st District Representative, Cong. Cristina "Chiqui" Roa-Puno, Marikina City officials Vice Mayor Jose Fabian I. Cadiz, District I Councilor Ronnie S. Acuña, District II Councilor Susan P. Magtubo, and Dr. Angelito A. Llabres, Administrator of Marikina Sports Center, with the officials and staff of the hospital.
